Live Scan fingerprinting is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically with our Crossmatch live scan machines. Your prints are sent electronically so there is no messy ink or fingerprint cards to handle. Our technician will carefully roll your fingerprints across a glass plate for scanning. It is fast, clean, and more accurate than the old ink and roll method.
Level 2 is a fingerprint check for state and federal criminal history information conducted through the Florida Department of law Enforcement (FDLE) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). We are a provider of FLORIDA Level 2 Background Screen Services. We are a registered LIVE-Scan Vendor and we meet all State and Federal guidelines for fingerprinting applicants
Once prints are successfully submitted to FDLE, they will check the state criminal history repository for records and the FBI will check national criminal history systems for information. In most cases it takes 2-3 business days for FDLE/FBI processing.
The electronic fingerprinting session takes five to ten minutes and your prints are immediately sent via electronic transmission to the appropriate FBI-Certified channeling agencies for background check processing.
